On June 22,聽蘑菇视频 hosted the much-loved Justice Meal Day, or Roll Day as it is more affectionately known.聽 On the day students and staff at 蘑菇视频 stood in solidarity with the world鈥檚 poorest people to raise awareness of the injustice of wealth distribution both globally and in Australia.
On the day 蘑菇视频 became a mini world.聽 For their gold coin donation students and staff received a ticket which determined whether they received a 3-course meal, a salad roll or a plain bread roll for their lunch.
For those who committed to the day, it gave them a small appreciation of what it is like to be truly living in poverty.
All proceeds raised will go towards supporting the work of the Brigidine Asylum Seekers Project.
